I really loved my experience with all the lovely staff during my visit for Hair cut and Balayage. Angel was my hair stylist and dresser. She was so kind and nice. Listened to all my requirements in detail and didn't do any hard selling and recommended whatever is needed for the look inspiration i shared with them. Would definitely go there when im visiting Bali next
Excellent, very good environment! Noemi the owner , it’s very professional. I really love it!!
Noemi is very responsible lady about her job and her customers . Very friendly and polite . Also have a good nails room and massage .
My husband took my daughter here to have her hair straightened and although her hair turned out beautifully, they burned her ear In the dryer. When she got home there was a huge bubble forming on her ear! My husband called to let them know what they did and was told they did see it and asked my daughter if she was OK while she was there and that she said "yes." He told them he was sitting right there why couldn't they point it out to him. I guess they chose not to tell the parent for fear of him not wanting to pay full price because of course money trumps everything right? They offered a free wash for "next time." I should have taken her to urgent care and brought her the bill. My daughter has brown burned skin on her ear a week later. We we will never go back there or recommend, very unprofessional!
Noemi is wonderful. From easy scheduling, to going above and beyond to make me feel beautiful again. I had went through a difficult and stressful healthcare situation. Where I had lost all my hair, and self esteem and confidence. Me and my family each time having our hair done with Noemi, is beautiful. She’s good at what she does. And she’s such a beautiful person, both inside and outside. Myself, and my family members, always looks forward going to her to have our hair done.
